Easy Ways to cook:
- Suggested to use non-stick pan
- Preheat the pan with oil to high temperature, the fish is not easy to stick to the bottom
- First fry one side before frying the other side, do not go back and forth, fry both sides until golden and cooked, then serve
- Can be served with sweet soy sauce or favorite sauce, simple and delicious!
- You can also add garlic, soy sauce and green onion to steam, making the taste tender and low fat!
